This will pump you up to workout
You say you want to go get in shape but whether you’re broke, don’t want to go to the gym or anything else, you can get in shape. If you don’t want to go to the gym than here’s what you can do to build strength and endurance.
- Push-ups- Do as many as you can- even if its only 5, no one sees you so who cares. Do it until you get tired.
- incline push ups- use your cuch or anything where you can be in an upright motion and start doing push ups that way. You will work your upper chest by doing them this way.
- Now do decline push ups- this is when your upper body is at a lower angle than your lower body. Start off by putting your feet only on the couch or whatever and get in push up position and again as many times as you can.
Do these every other day for 8 wks and you could see some nice results. Stick with it though.
