Ollies

Enjoy skateboarding? Perfect your skills!

  1. Plant your feet with one foot on the tail and the other on or just behind the front bolts
  2. Bend down and twist your torso in the opposite direction of your desired 180 and twist your arms around as well
  3. Start unwinding and when your body starts untwisting pop the tail and kick out the tail and pull in with your front foot. Don't lean back or you'll be kissing the floor. Use your arms and the twist momentum to turn a full 180. Think of it as a pop-shuvit but you keep your feet on the board. Practice makes perfect. Start out with 90's and work up to 180's.
