The NZRFU(New Zealand Rugby Football Union) have had four applicants for the position of All Black Coach, which is expected to be announced on December 7.
Canterbury Crusaders Coach Robbie Deans, Wellington Hurricanes Coach Colin Cooper, Waikato's Ian Foster and current All Black Coach Graham Henry have all applied for the top job.
Crusaders Coach Robbie Deans has been in charge of the Crusaders since 2000 and has a superb coaching record, winning four Super 14 titles in 2000, 2002, 2005 and 2006. He was also the All Black Assistant Coach during 2002-2003.
Chiefs Coach Ian Foster has led the Waikato based team since 2004, and has co coached the Junior All Blacks since 2005.
Wellington Hurricanes Coach Colin Cooper has taken charge since 2003 and also a co-coach of the Junior All Blacks since 2005. His Hurricanes side came close in 2006, losing the Super 14 final to Robbie Dean's Crusaders side 19-12.
Graham Henry has re-applied for his job. He has coached the Auckland Blues, Wales, and British Lions. He has headed the All Blacks since 2004, with an impressive record.
Will Henry follow the line of previous All Black Coaches being sacked after World Cup failures or will the NZRFU give him another chance? On December 7 we will find out.
