Former Pakistan cricket captain Intikhab Alam said that vice-captain Misbah-ul-Haq may be a better candidate for captaincy. He gave his opinion that Shoaib Malik could not impress as captain and it would be better if the Pakistan cricket Board find a new captain for the up coming home series against the arch rival India.
Exchanging his views with media, Intikhab Alam said that Shoaib Malik has no ability to combine the team players and he was proved a failure as captain after losing from South Africa and India.
In my personal opinion its a very good suggestion, and at least after the departure of " Doctor ". Yes Misbah can proove well for at least till the next world cup because no one else would accept the responsibility. The opener Butt is under pressure. Yousuf and Younis both never ever admitted to hold the seat. Though their non acceptance is another issue but still its harsh.
