The main body movements in cricket are broken up into three parts. The first part is fielding. Fielding consists of quick movements; these quick movements are mainly in your ankles and back thighs. You need good agility and good balance while fielding as well as a good focus on what's going on. Fielding also involves running, which involves both of your legs and all muscles.
Next is batting
Batting consists of good balance, hand eye co-ordination and power. The most common movements are in the upper torso area and the lower back, and as the ball gets quicker, so do the bodies movements. Just like fielding, batting also involves running. Finally there is bowling. Bowling uses a major proportion of movement and skill. Bowling movements are in the upper torso, lower back, and your legs, nearly all muscles get used and bowling well known for injuries.
