The age levels start at tiny tots to youth to juniors, seniors, and open.
Restrictions in Tumbling
One of the things you really need to know is that the levels you division is in has things you can do and things you can't do. The restrictions for level one in tumbling are no hip over head rotation. All tumbling must originate and land on the performance floor. A very important thing to know about tumbling is that going over, under, or through a stunt while tumbling is prohibited inside this level. Only exception is forward/backward rolls over a prop are allowed. Tumbling with a prop is prohibited. Spotting, assisting, or connected tumbling is illegal.(ex.: double cartwheels and chorus line flips are illegal.). All dive rolls are illegal. In all levels while you're performing you can have no jewelry on your body at all or pins on your uniform. You may not tape over any jewelry it must be out (exception: medical id tags/bracelets, uniform rhinestones. Rhinestones are illegal adhered to the skin as opposed to a uniform. Temporary tattoos are allowed.) routines cannot exceed 2 minutes and 30 seconds
