When you open up your newspaper and you see a NBA player score alot of points you think a win for his team. Most of the time you would be wrong. Michael Redd of the Milwaukee Bucks tossed in 57 points against the Utah Jazz Saturday night.
So, what kind of result did he have? His team lost 113-111 and that is a story that is usually true with teams that one player scores alot of points. If you through Michael Jordan's career you will see his record isn't real good when he scored alot of points.
The big problem is when you do that your teammates stand around and watch you play and don't do the things they should be doing. They expect you to do it all. When teams like the Celtics and the Lakers won all those championships they had one thing missing in today's game it's called teamwork.
Teams in the NBA need to work more on teamwork instead of individual marks and they would win more games. Besides that when everyone contributes the team as a whole get along better to. So share and you will succeed, if you don't share it could be a long year.
